Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unused and unwashed.

In its original packaging with all tags attached.

Note: Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at support@voxor.online with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
